The product worked fine for 4 months but then the lock became stuck. The keys won't unlock it. The lock is kept indoors and gets little use so we are disappointed that it broke so quickly.We were told we could get a replacement, but it's stuck and won't come off - a replacement is great but doesn't solve the problem. Now we have to figure how to cut the lock without hurting the tap.

After installing, I was still able to pull and get a stream of beer to come out. It was enough that if someone wanted it badly, they could have gotten it still

The product did not fit our faucets and was, in fact too short. When requesting a return, this company was quick to reply and made things so easy!

Works perfectly. Make sure you have the loop in the correct spot for it to work. I will purchase another when I get my second tap up and running.

Lock worked right the first time perfectly. I Haverhill teenage boys and noticed I was going threw my kegs faster than normal, but not no more applied the Joywayus tap lock and everything went back to normal.

I bought this not to stop beer thieves but to avoid losing a 1/4 barrel to the cat bumping the tap or it somehow getting opened on accident. Works great on my Danby kegerator. Piece of mind is def worth the price and way cheaper than replacing a 1/4 barrel for sure!
