I never understood why companies include random things like the mini screw driver that came with this item. Anyone who has the skills to install this thing likely has a small screwdriver. Same goes for the ferrules. If someone has the tool for crimping ferrules, you can almost guarantee they have some ferrules on hand. WE DON'T NEED MORE UNNECESSARY THINGS IN THIS WORLD!That said, I love all the options this thing has. For instance, it can have a AC or DC input, from 12V to 240V. Also, the timer setting can be set from 1 second to 10 days. Actually, since there's a 0 to 100% sub range under the timer knob, you can set it to 0 to 100% of your timer setting (timer knob set on 10 mins, percentage knob set on 60% will give you 6 mins). Also note that there are 10 different function settings (see instructions in my photos).Singe the trigger voltage is alway separate from the relay circuit, you can use, say, a 12VDC signal to trigger a 240VAC circuit.OR, since this particular relay has two relay outputs, you could do what I'm planning on doing: Using a 48VDC trigger circuit (from my solar charge controller, once the solar batteries are full), which will turn on one 12VDC circuit and one 120VAC circuit through this relay as opportunity loads (generally battery chargers for power tools, an air compressor, or other "chargeable" items).Good luck!

This device has six different modes of operation, this unit has dual SPDT relay contacts. This is a mechanical relay-based device. There is a green power light and a red light that shows triggering, pulses every second if pending timer operation. The directions to not show that the activation contact trigger needs to connect to AC signal or the positive DC source. Many modes like on delay, off delay, latching relay, pulse generator mode seems kind of strange as only triggers once when turned on, and no time adjusting or ability to re-activate. Comes with some crimp terminals, a screwdriver, and a short DIN rail for mounting.
