If you don't own one of these cloths, and you like fine gold and silver Jewely, you are really missing out how to keep them "Shining like New". These cloth take a couple of minutes, and you won't believe how good they work. A must have for jewelry lovers........

First this is clearly labeled "MADE IN INDIA" which contradicts the made in USA statement on the Amazon Prime web site. There is rouge in the cloth but not a lot. It will do but it is not as advertised. Buyer Beware.

I've had jewelry polishing cloths for 50 years. This is the first that was not thoroughly impregnated with red jeweler's rouge. Using this cloth take a LOT of elbow grease to achieve any results. I pulled out my bench grinder, added a buffing wheel and used a stick of red jeweler's rouge with a large gold ring I pushed onto a tapered stick. Ten seconds later, bright, shiny and gleaming. Luckily, I still have the really good polishing cloth that came with my college ring. It still works well for touch-up. Pass this one by. Find a two-side single 9"-12" square cloth: rouge on one side, buffing surface on the other, like Josten's supplies.

This product is just a cloth which looks like a polishing cloth. It should have been pretreated with polish like our other cloth. Otherwise an old Tshirt is just as good. Save your money. Don't purchase this.
