Ill take this over expensive proprietary tools any day. Handle positions a bit odd as id prefer a finger trigger over a palm trigger but that's personal.the feel is nice, its not super loud, and doesn't destroy belts too quick. however it does tend to have more issues with belts slipping to the side, and the belt tensioner doesn't lock, like how the Astro and Baxters do.Ill be the first to admit. I throw tools, I've thrown THIS tool. and it works just fine after many domestic assaults due to poor anger management.

Fell 4 feet and the frame cracked. Completely useless now. Was expecting something MUCH more durable for this price. VERY disappointed!

Works just like it's supposed to easy to operate and quick change belt design and powerful good torque belts don't wear out as fast as they do with the other types of dyna files

It worked just as expected. The extra length, compared to the 18" & 12" versions, was extremely helpful.
