Hi, so I did purchase the used-like new product. The description said, "like new, package may come damage"I don't think they checked if all parts was in there when returned, because unfortunately I'm missing a top piece that helps seat the headset correctly. I just installed and was trying to figure out why it was slightly loose. I did have a plastic similar piece that came of the old fork, which helps, but it's not sitting perfectly.Past the return window, so can't return anymore.

Installed easily and is a nice upgrade over the non-sealed bearings it replaced. Much smoother than stock and easier to work on. Almost as smooth as the Cane Creek bearings in my other bike for 1/4 the cost!

Update: repear customer. I felt it works so well that I bought another set for a different bike.This is a huge upgrade from the caged balls that came on the bike. Installation was a breeze and once everything is installed it worked so smoothly. Don't question yourself, just upgrade the bearings.
