The product worked as expected when it arrived and was installed. Fast forward 5 months it started getting stuck occasionally but I thought it was nothing big. A month later, it is now stuck (locked) forever with no return available. Terrible customer service.

Make sure you replace the bearing shaft seal, or brown town will come out the back of the motor.This particular unit had the motor running the wrong direction. the port labeled ‘out’ had vacuum, the port labeled ‘in’ ejected! There is no way to reverse polarity, the impeller is only installed one way. Had to re-pipe the unit, ridiculous.

Unit is easy to install if you have room. Directions are not clear if you need them. No note on making sure the chopper blade is pressed all the way on.
