We’ve had this unit for almost a year and it’s working great. Keep our wine chilled, looks great, and fits right where we wanted it.

We don't have many bottles of wine in the house anymore, so this small 8 bottle wine refrigerator was just perfect. It's small so looks a little lost on the floor. I have to figure out something to put underneath it. It turned right on when I plugged it in and within a very short time, it reached the temperature I had set and has maintained it ever since.

I love the sleek design. It’s not too big, wide or obnoxious. I honestly bought it because I LOVED the wooden shelves. That was a nice dealbreaker when shopping around. Easy setup, but the handle to the door is complicated. That’s the only reason why I don’t give it five stars. It does fit 8 bottles (I wish they made a fridge that fit 10). I included a second photo for size bottle reference. The bottle on the left in the black top does not fit. Otherwise no complaints yet!!!

So I bought this compact wine fridge for our walk in pantry. Out of the box seemed good. Thats where it ends. The fridge is very light - essentially that means the compressor in it is small - which means it will not make your wine cool enough, especially if the fridge is full. And getting it full is very difficult because the shelves are very tight together. Forget fitting a champagne bottle in there as they won't fit, and if it did it won't get cool enough, long neck wine bottles - same don't fit. So I bought my first one in Oct 2023. In April 2024 it died - stopped cooling. Fridge was placed as directed with lots of airflow at back and top.Customer service then seemed good - they said cut the cord, send us a pic and we will replace it. They did in April 2024. Nov 2024 died again - 6 month product life. I sent them an email and they said the 1 year warranty expired because you bought the original one in Oct 2023. So they sent me a new fridge April 2024 but they said the warranty on this new fridge stated back when I bought the original in 2023! How much sense does that make - send me a new product but the 1 year warranty does not exist. Obviously they do this so that they dont have to keep replacing a piece of crap product that only last 6 months. They won't stand behind it as it is a POS. dont waste your money unless you want to buy a new fridge every 6 months. Garbage Product - Garbage warranty and service!!!

Holds 8 bottles, has wood finish on the rack, clean look and very quiet. I like the thermo-electric design of these small wine coolers. They’re quiet, compact, and maintains a constant temperature - we set it to 56 degrees - and easily fits into a standard open-face cabinet or on the counter.

This mini fridge is so beautiful as stainless and black, with a glass door - very chique. The shelves can be totally removed or partially to hold pop or both pop and wine. I have it on a table in the master bedroom, but it’s great in kitchen or pantry too.

This Ivation model is perfect for us. My boyfriend and I are novice wine enthusiasts with precious little real estate in our 632 square ft apartment. We wanted a wine cooler that would preserve a few bottles until they were ready to drink a few years down the road and have enough space for our rotating selection. We needed something slender and discreet - both in terms of noise and light. I can't stand waking up at night to an apartment full of bright little lights staring at me. This model has a constant blue display of the temperature that's bright enough to see from across the room but doesn't glare at you. Another plus is its electricity usage - surprisingly efficient. I thought our electricity bill would jump given even though this is a thermoelectric model. It did, of course, but far less than I anticipated. Another thing I like about it is the rack size - it's perfect for any bottle you'd expect to find, whether its a slender riesling or a bottom-heavy pinot noir. And while the racks aren't designed to slide out, they come in and out of their supports pretty easily.I have two small complaints. The first is the temperature reader. Since I unwrapped it, I've had it set to a consistent 55 degrees F and never changed it. Sometimes the temperature would mysteriously go up 3-7 degrees and just hover there, even though I hadn't disturbed the refrigerator or opened the doors at all. This happened in the summer as well as the winter, so it makes me wonder if the temperature reader is a little buggy and the temperature inside is actually fine. None of my wine has spoiled, so it's not enough to knock off a star. The second complaint is that you cannot put anything on top of it. At all. In a moment of absent-mindedness I put 3-5 magazines on top of it on evening and within a few hours it was freaking out. The motor was whirring audibly for the first time and the temperature reader indicated that the inside had heated up by a few degrees. I took off the magazines and it quickly calmed down. (To be fair, the manual does warn you against doing this - I'm mentioning it here to let you know that they really mean it.)Pros:- Convenient size - fits discreetly next to my bookshelf- Absolutely no noise most of the time- Minimal bright lights- Cost effective - didn't increase my electricity bill a ton- Rack size accommodates a variety of bottle typesCons:- Odd temperature fluctuations - Goes up randomly even though it hasn't been disturbed, regardless of temperature. Also takes a long time to cool back down after you open it - maybe 30-60min.- Can't put anything on top of it.Bottom line: If you are tight on space and money but still want to indulge your love of wine, this model is excellent value.

Our old wine chiller died after years of service. I had already replaced the fan once (12 VDC computer fan) but finally the electronics on the speed control died, and the chiller would not chill. We immediately decided to purchase another one with a little larger capacity. The old one held six bottles and this new one holds eight. The product arrived in perfect shape and was very easy to unpack. The wine chiller lives in the basement so any noise it makes does not bother us in the least, however this chiller is very quiet and fits nicely into the space occupied by the old chiller. The chiller immediately started up and after reading the instructions I set the temperature to our preferred temperature and it started to cool. In a few hours I went down and the temperature was exactly at 46 degrees. I purchased this model because it would chill down to 46 which is the temperature we like wine at. I know that the wine experts like reds at one temperature and whites at another, but my wife and I like it all at the cooler temperature. I do like this model because the taller champagne bottles fit in it, where our older chiller was not deep enough for them to fit. All in all it was a good purchase at a fair price. I did use Amazon points from my Amazon credit card so it turned into a really great price. I just hope it lasts as long as the old one did.
