Right out of the box, the build quality stands out. It’s sturdy, with a premium feel that doesn’t scream “cheap plastic.” The foldable design is a nice touch, it keeps things compact when not in use and makes it easy to toss into a bag for travel. The RGB lighting adds a fun, gamer-centric vibe without being overly distracting, though I wish there were more customization options for the colors.I plugged my Steam Deck OLED into it, connected it to my 4K monitor, and was blown away by the crisp, smooth visuals at 120Hz, perfect for fast-paced games. The Ethernet port delivered a stable, high-speed connection for downloads and online play, a huge step up from relying on Wi-Fi. Charging-wise, the 100W USB-C port kept my device juiced up, though it’s worth noting the Steam Deck caps at 45W, so the extra power is more future-proofing than necessity for now.On another note, heat management seems decent, the dock doesn’t block the Steam Deck’s vents, and I didn’t notice any overheating during long sessions. However, it’s not actively cooled, so if you’re pushing your device hard, you might want to keep an eye on temps.Overall, I'd recommend it to my friends if they are looking for one.

The dock seems to be decent quality and doesn’t feel junky, but the HDMI output as others have mentioned is TERRIBLE. I’ve tried multiple HDMI cords, plugging and unplugging the cord that goes from the dock to the handheld, changing settings, even tried a different Ally X to make sure the port on the handheld wasn’t the issue. Problem persisted. The graphics would get blurry and lag, it looked worse than N64 graphics. Plugged it into the Dell hub my husband bought and it worked great - no issues with graphics, so it was definitely the dock.EDIT:Updating to 4 stars as the seller reached out and offered a solution. Product needs a little work, but the seller is great.

The metal construction is phenomenal, all the ports are nice but there's one major downfall to the doc. It would not charge my ROG Ally. I had a 100w charger connected like you're supposed to and it would run 30 watt turbo and show that it's charging however the battery would continually drop like it would if it wasn't plugged in. The directions will tell you that if this happens that you need to update drivers and that's just not the case. All the drivers were updated and I tried different 100w charging blocks and cables with no avail.... However the ASUS ROG 65w Doc works phenomenally and over half the price. Picked it up at Best buy for $29.99 today and it charges and does everything that this doc was supposed to do except for doesn't have as many ports. I already had a hub was able to plug it in and use it to run mouse keyboard and headset.

Great docking station for my Asus Ally X. I wanted to expand the possibilities of my Ally X, similar to my Nintendo Switch, being portable, then plug into the stationary system with ease. It has a solid look and feel, works great with many different setups and combinations. Several useful plugins with HDMI, usb 3.0 and usb C. No issues with recharging, and lighting affects that can be easily changed or turned off. Fast delivery, well packaged.

The Ivanky dock works as advertised with my Lenovo Go, providing a reliable docking solution. While some reviews mention a delay when using HDMI to connect to a TV, I have not experienced any issues. RGB lights are bright and would benefit from being able to decrease brightness. Purchased on sale for $80 and find the price reasonable but not at listed price of $129.99. Overall quality of materials is fine but does not feel ultra premium considering its price point. I would recommend this product.

I’ve been using this docking station with my Steam Deck OLED recently, and so far, it’s been working well. The variety of ports, including HDMI, Ethernet, and multiple USB connections, makes it a convenient way to expand functionality. The foldable design is a nice touch, and the RGB lighting adds a bit of style to my setup. When connecting multiple devices at once, I did notice some minor performance hiccups, like slight lag after extended use, but it was brief and not a major issue. Overall, it’s a solid dock that works well for casual use and helps keep my gaming desk more organized.

I wanted to make sure I invested in a good dock for my ROG Ally, and this was the perfect purchase for my needs! First, RGB lights were a must. There are several settings and color combinations that you can switch your unit to. Second, I needed several usb-a & usb-c ports. I like to accessorize, so I needed enough usb-a ports to attach my keyboard, mouse, and headset, and also multiple usb-c ports in order to charge and connect my console to the unit. This dock also features an SD & TF card reader so you can transfer files, or even play certain games from the cards. The stand is adjustable so it fits perfectly with several different devices, and the quality of materials is great. This dock checks all the boxes, is extremely well made, and I HIGHLY recommend it!!

This is so good. Only complaint I could have is i wish it had just 1 or 2 more USB-c 10gb . I use mine exclusively (for now) with Rog Ally X, I can see it being used on other portables just as easily when they come out . Only thing not tested is the video out but there are no power issues whatsoever . The 10gb ports all provide the speed they say (just wish there was more), the 5gb usb A delivers the right speed also . The fact it folds up so neatly has eliminated the need for me to use much in the way of travel hubs, I'm still going to use my little ugreen usb-c hub for when Im playing a lot handheld but anytime you want to connect it to a monitor (for me to my Viture glasses)this travels so well and takes up minimal space . Its nice having all the options. The RGB is a nice bonus, you can move around the stand to accommodate different devices, the X for example with the air vents this doesnt impede them at all , I have a DBrand killswitch on mine with a stand and even with that I can still use this . So glad when I missed one sale only to see it go on sale a few weeks later and jumped on it . Tried so many docks since the first ALLY came out and so many don't deliver the features promised or got overloaded if you added a few things at once, this is running right now 2 ssds, 2 sd cards and doesn't skip a beat when I add mouse/keyboard/controllers etc. Had it running 4 ssds at one point moving files from the old ones to the new ones and other than dealing with only so many 5/10g ports it worked flawlessly.Awesome little dock .
