Alumina beads spilled out upon opening package, and filter didn't seem to install correctly as it didn't screw in all the way. Water and product came out everywhere, in system, on kitchen floor. Did this twice. On third time realized cap on bottom was almost all the way unscrewed. Product everywhere...
