It works great and is plenty large enough. I am not sure there is a better deal out there. I have used it multiple times and it is holding up really well so far.

As a guy who goes to gym quite often and need an ice bath to help recover. Yeah this one has decent value and does the job perfectly. Would recommend.

New to the idea of cold plunging? This a good baseline investment to give it a try. Easy to set up and drain. Has a good amount of space to sit and plunge. The inflatable ring around the top doesn’t exactly make a round shape but doesn’t impact the use of this pod. A little leaky around the outlet drain despite the o ring but if it’s outside not a huge issue and if you were using this indoors maybe some plumbers tape around the threads would also help. Overall though definitely reasonable for a first try of cold plunging.

I'm concerned about the thickness of the material. I'm afraid everytime I use it it'll puncture so I'm extra careful
