The original bearing had to be replaced as it allowed too much play in the steering shaft. It needed a little coaxing to remove, but this new one would not press in by hand. My solution required a little grease, a 2" bolt, a nut and some large washers - putting a washer on top, running the bolt through it and the bushing and the hole the bushing needed to be in, then a washer & nut on the bottom, I then tightened the nut & bolt until the bushing was pressed into the hole. I then removed the nut, bolt & washers and finished re-building the steering.It works great with no more popping or jumping of the steering shaft.

Snug fit on the frame of the tractor when pressed in, but when I tried to insert the steering shaft, it wouldn't fit. Popped out of chassis when I tried to persuade. This was the result.Got the correct size at tractor supply for $5
