Pretty decent quality. Only thing I didn’t like was the hardware they included feels cheap so I used my original bolts to be safe. The gasket looks cheap also so I ordered a oem gasket. Does not include the oil level sight glass so I carefully removed mine from the old cover and installed in the new cover using a small amount of oil resistant gasket maker. It fit on this 2002 Suzuki gsxr 1000 engine that’s in my banshee.

Arrived ahead of schedule and was easy to install. Looks great. The only downside (which isn't a big one) is that it does not come with a sight glass. I just popped mine out of my old cover and popped it in this one with a little sealant. No biggie. Great product for the price.
