Windows did not load, when i contacted HP for tech support they told me that the Seller has modified the Original Memory and operating system that were installed originally on this desktop. the seller just wasted 4 hours of my life

One would think that given a core7 processor and 64 GB ram this machine wuld be a screamer. Not so, but I suspect the reason for its lackluster performance is not the machine but Windows 11 Pro. I'm quite familiar with Windows 11, but not the Pro version. I was suprised at the length of time it took to boot, the time it took to open File Explorer, the time it took to open the Recycle Bin, and the frequent stuttering of file animation. I've tried all the tricks I could find to rectify the problem to no avail. Windows 11 Pro comes with a lot of "features" that you probably don't want or need. My advice would be "Buy the machine and install a version of Windows Home."
