These hose clamps are stainless steel and are well manufactured. The edges of the band are smooth and shouldn’t cut into whatever hose or application you might use them on. The screw down head is for a slotted screw driver or will except a socket of the appropriate size. The entire clamp is stainless and well made. It should last a lifetime. Easy Five stars!!!

This clamp has worked very well for the project I got it for. I had no problems with loosening or tightening it and it has held very well. Additionally, it has been exposed to the elements since I first got it, and it is still in excellent condition after several months. I would recommend this product.
