This mask is of good quality but the nose piece was too long and I ended up cutting it off. The holes in the mesh are slightly closer than other masks so the vision while wearing is not quit as good. However, this would explain having better UV protection.

This fly mask fits my Gypsy in the horse size, so I would say it runs big. It is a nice mask,& I have tried to order another, twice. I order long nose, with ears and two out of three times, it came back short nose with no ears.
Came and didn’t have ear or nose cover.

This fly mask is a little big on my half-arab mare. It might fit a Quarter horse or Thoroughbred better. I purchased it because it has nose coverage. Every summer she burns so I'm hoping the coverage helps. It will probably need a different piece of velcro. I put it on her this morning. An hour later it is covered in flies; I guess it's working. The only complaint I have is that the description isn't very detailed on size. However, it was delivered the fastest and she needed protection. She gets a feed-through fly control. It apparently isn't enough for summer. The fly mask appears to be well-made and comes with a heavy duty laundry bag.

I ordered this mask because the flys in the field are very bad this year, as is the residue from the tarweed.Was looking for something that would provide alot of coverage over my horse's face and under her jaw. The full horse size is probably a little big for my horse, but it gives good coverage under her jaw, better than most masks, as welll as her entire face and ears. Her face and ears are fly and tarweed free! I was able to scrub off the tarweed from the mask easily with a bit of Orvus soap. Highly recommend this mask.
