Needing to replace rusted out pieces, these fit perfectly. I liked them so much that I kept them when I replaced my grill. They still have considerable life left in them.

I bought these to replace my original Char-Broil Grill heat tents. They are a perfect fit for my four burner unit and cost me less that half had I purchased them directly from the manufacturer. Haven’t given them a rest run grilling but I’m confident they’ll do the job.

We had a December warm snap that reminded me that the original flame guards on my old kenmore grill were rusted through. These were listed as replacements, so I ordered a set. My initial impression is that these are not as hefty as the originals, not surprising given the price. I had to coax them into place but they did fit without me needing a file or dremel tool. There were some very small chips in the paint, probably from shipping, however when I gave one a squeeze to see how strong the metal was, a chip about a centimeter across popped off. You might argue that I shouldn't be stressing the metal (I'm really not that strong) and I wouldn't disagree, however I'm not overly optimistic that the paint will survive the repeated expansion/contraction cycles of the grill heating and cooling. Bearing all that in mind, the grill is old and rusting in many places. I don't expect it to last too much longer and would be very happy to get a few more seasons out of it. Assuming these don't fail prematurely I expect the grill will die of other causes and given the VERY affordable price, these are good enough.
