Nice chair overall. The seat could use more cushion, I had to add an extra pillow to sit on. The instructions were hard to follow because they have no words but they were simple once you figure out the screws. I almost flipped forward when I first sat in it which was nuts. I would have given it 5 stars but I didn’t like that I had to add a pillow.

I decided to spend some money to get a comfy office chair. When I got the package, the product presented nice and assembly was easy. Unfortunately, it's stiff and uncomfortable. Seat is hard and kinda feels like it's angled forward. I just bought a memory foam seat topper, but I could have done that in the first place and saved $170.00. Chair tends to lean forward and start to tilt, especially when leg rest is extended. I do like the corduroy though. ***Edit: As it turns out I had 2 of the risers on the wrong side of the chair. I fixed that and it changed the whole dynamic and comfort. I'd hate for someone to get a bad review because I'm a bonehead. Changing to 4 stars. Would recommend.

I absolutely LOVE how comfortable this chair is, but unfortunately, the design makes it nearly unusable. The biggest issue is that the chair constantly tips forward when sitting in it. The back two wheels lift off the floor, and I’ve actually fallen forward twice within just 20 minutes of use.No, I wasn’t sitting at the edge. I was as far back as possible. Even so, a chair should allow you to sit normally without the risk of toppling over. The problem seems to be in the design, where the post is positioned toward the back to support reclining. However, this also causes the chair to lean forward when upright, making it unstable (especially when weight is applied).Additionally, when the chair arrived, it looked like I had received a used product. There were visible dirt marks on the top, which made me question if it had been previously returned. I was willing to overlook that if the chair was great, but unfortunately, it wasn’t.While the comfort is nice, the lack of stability makes it completely impractical. I give this 2/5 stars. Comfy, but not functional.

This is a fantastic chair. It makes all office chairs i've had before seem pathetic. I would recommend this chair to anyone who is sick of not sitting on a comfy cloud.

Terrible to put together - none of the actual bolts are labeled, you have to go off of the picture. All of the bolts look very similar too so I’m pretty sure I put it together wrong! I am saying build ease is 2/10I am basing my actual rating off the quality of the chair alone: As for the quality of the chair 15/10 chair is very comfy and decent fabric too! Bang for your buck I’d say!

I work from home and I got this because I’ve been having tailbone pain and the only chair that didn’t aggravate it is my recliner. I saw this one with all the cushion and reclining feature and I had to try it. So hubby got it for me. I put it together last night and used it today and I did not have any pain when sitting in it. It was easy to put together too. I’m hoping it lasts. Especially the padding. Hopefully it doesn’t flatten too much too soon!
