The velcro straps keep it from moving around

I struggle with lower back pain and have used the smaller versions that only support the upper thigh and knee area. This pillow does a great job keeping my lower half aligned and supported.

Awful! The Velcro will scratch your legs and night, hurts! The pillow part is very flimsy!

This is a wonderful leg pillow for someone short like me.. It's a little bit bulky to move with.

This leg pillow has been a game changer for me! I’ve had restless legs at night since having kids, and as a side sleeper, I need a pillow between my legs to stay comfortable. This one stays in place, doesn’t get tangled in the blankets, and has really improved my sleep. Highly recommend!

The pillow is decent, but the Velcro holding the straps on is scratchy and uncomfortable. Fortunately I can see so I'll remove it and anchor the straps directly to the cover.

This is my first knee pillow, and I didn't realize how much I needed one until I bought one. I've only been sleeping on my side for a few years, and I attributed the morning aches and pains to aging and the back issues I've had since my 30s. I only recently came to suspect that it was actually my sleeping position.I wanted two things in a formal knee pillow: knee-to-ankle coverage and straps to hold it in place while I moved around at night. This pillow checks both those boxes. I was tempted by the smaller pillows that just fit between your knees only, but I was worried that knee separation without ankle support would actually put more stress on my pelvis at night and lead to more pain long-term.I've had this pillow about a week, and oh my goodness, it is great. The memory foam is thick and supportive, and it has just enough give to mold to your legs where you need it. The straps are very stretchy, so they can stretch or shrink to fit a wide variety of leg sizes, and they also have a velcro attachment on the sides. This allows you to secure and release the strap vs. having to slide in and out of the straps like you are putting on pants. I usually slip my ankle through the lower strap and then attach the upper strap around my thigh.I've been using the knee pillow for over a week now, and my hips and lower back have never felt better. When I first get comfortable to fall asleep, I can feel all the muscles from my lower back down to my feet completely relax in a way I haven't felt previously. I sleep very well and am finding that I don't wake up or move as often because I don't have a need to readjust due to pain or discomfort.I will admit that the pillow size takes some getting used to. It's great when you are lying still, but turning over and changing positions is a little awkward. The straps do help keep the pillow right where you need it as you move, though. Memory foam also retains body heat and can get pretty warm. It's great right now in the cooler weather, but I may not love it as much some summertime since I sleep hot. I'm not reducing my rating for those reasons, though, as I knew what I was purchasing and to expect that experience. The product images state that this knee pillow is intended for people under 160 lbs, and I don't fully understand why. The brand has another memory foam knee pillow that I contemplated, but it was larger and did not come with straps. The larger pillow came in a 3-inch thick version for under 160 lbs and a 4-inch thick version for over 160 lbs, so I don't think the thickness of this pillow is the issue. It must be the pillow size itself, since this one is not as wide. The manufacturer must think that someone with thicker or longer legs won't be able to use this one as well. I don't necessarily think the weight limit for this pillow is absolute, though. If you are over 160 lbs but think the pillow will comfortably fit your legs, then I do believe you could use it.
