Unfortunately I wasted my money on this product. I cannot return this. There were several gas leaks making this unsafe to use. I read one of the reviews saying the person added PTFE tape to seal the leaks so I did the same thing. Once everything was sealed the only flame that came out was the size of a lighter and not the jet torch as advertised. Huge disappointment. I have emailed the company but the website clearly states for Amazon products purchased click on Amazon’s get help link. Amazon says to contact the company. Giant eye roll. Let’s see if the company contacts me back. Definitely would not recommend this product. If I could give it no stars, I would. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.UPDATE: the customer service never responded back. I emailed several times and unfortunately theirs is no call number. This was a total waste of money. It is currently sitting in my garage as a paper weight. Do yourself a favor and buy something else. This is not good. You have been warned.

This is a well engineered, well functioning, safe burner. Unlike the spindly legged, rickety, top heavy units that come with most turkey fryers and fish cookers, this burner is short, wide, low to the ground, heavy and all but impossible to tip over. You can easily spend double or even triple the money, but there is no reason to do so.

We bought this propane burner to bring a giant pot of water to a boil outdoors for heating canning jars (to save our air conditioning indoors). It's simple to use and works really well. I like the simple burner design, which is a tiny jet of propane shooting into an open vertical tube. The flame diffuser provided is nice to have. It's loud! The higher the flame, the louder it gets. I found that at very low burner settings, some soot was produced on the bottom of our cookware, but that cleaned off easily. Overall I'm pleased.

There’s not a wok on the planet that this thing won’t smoke in thirty seconds. Extremely powerful. Do be careful. It’s a flame thrower. With the diverter it will do a low country boil with ease.

The burner is very powerful. The single focused flame is great for wok cooking. I only used it on medium so far. Easy to assemble with Teflon tape. I like the diffuser in case I want to heat up a large pot for a seafood boil. Great value for the price. Cuisinart sells something like this for $349. Cart was 140 @ home depot, but I had $115 gift card & burner $45. Glad I made my own
