Hoses have a slightly thinner wall, but overall look the same as original.There are no clams in the package. I managed to reuse the original ones, but one of them broke, so i had to buy.Used it on Infiniti G37, 2011. Really hard to reach the clams. Definitely get yourself a set of extra-long-nose pliers and 45 and 90 degree long nose pliers. i used a combination of all 3 to remove original clams.
