Two pieces of soft rubber with ZERO instructions. That's just plain laziness. At the very least you could have put a picture that shows you how to install the thing. What a waste of time.

I don't care for these. They are a bear to install between tensioned strings, don't reach all the way across all the mains on my Intelligence i.165, and if they are forced too they'll just slip off the end strings as you play.
