If you have an older Benz and are looking to hold it together - this switch will be fine. You will immediately be able to tell the difference in weight, appearance and quality from an OEM part. It is also 1/3 the price. It's fine as far as it goes for a daily or non-restoration quality Benz.

This is a great low cost option for an important component. It was a direct plug and play replacement for the hazard switch in my 78 R107 (450sl). Plugged right in and worked perfectly. Now that I have said that I should also mention that this switch is nowhere near OEM quality. I know there is another review mentioning that the switch was sticking for them. I tried to make it stick for a while before I installed it and was unable to. Once mounted I have played with it for a while after and it has worked correctly every time. So I assume there may be some quality control issues on some. My part works perfectly for now. That being said, it does not have the same solid feel as the OEM original part. I could see it getting jammed even though I am unable to recreate an issue right now. It is a very significant discount off the price of an OEM replacement thought, so it is seems to be worth a shot.

Feel typical China low quality part. Button sticks when acitaved and requires the whole assembly to be popped out to release button.
