Hawaiian Green Ti Plant Logs 1 pack 2 Logs. Create Your Beautiful Hawaiian Good Luck Tropical Garden - The Hawaiian ti leaf plant (pronounced "tee") is also known as Cordyline fruticosa. Each "log" is approximately 3 inches in length. Believed by Hawaiians the ti leaf plant protects the property and brings good luck. These plants have many uses including making hula skirts, leis or cooking with the leaf. They also make a great addition to your landscaping boarding around your house or yard as shrubs or bushes. In Hawaii today, many of our yards are hedged with ti leaf plants for good luck. The Ti is a beautiful and striking ornamental plant with vibrant color with large and glossy leaves. The Ti Leaf plant can grow up to 6 Feet and be grown in a plant container or ground if you live in warmer weather. Can grow ti leaf plants indoor or outdoor. Ti plants are perennial plants and do well in shade and sun with regular watering. Grown in a certified nursery on the Big Island Of Hawaii. Comes with planting instructions on back of card. Individually packaged (like shown in pictures) Comes with Hawaii Dept. of AG, stamp , can ship to all states. Growing instructions: cut waxed ends off and plant in potting soil mixed with perlite. Keep moist and in a partially shaded location until roots and leaves are produced. You can also start them in water. Gradually move into full sun. Water daily. If climate is too hot (above 85 degrees), the ti plant will do better in partial shade.

The cuttings arrived very quickly. Simply follow the directions and in a couple of weeks you will see the first signs of life. Overall growth is steady and we continue to see the size of the leaves become larger. Aloha!
