This fits perfectly with the Canon RF 600mm F4 lens. You just need to use the screws that comes with this foot.

裏面の写真を確認しなかったのが良くなかったのですが、センターにネジ穴がありません。マンフロット以外の通常の雲台（下部からネジを締め込むタイプ）には取り付きません。取付に関する精度は問題ありませんでした。

Great looking. Solid. Perfect for my 300mm 2.8L II. The foot the lens comes with is very small and doesn’t allow a lot to grip when hand holding. This foot solved that. Only downside is it doesn’t allow the Canon hard case to close. Other than that, nice piece of kit. Took five minutes to swap out.

EF 500mmF4L IS USMに使用するにはレンズ側のネジピッチが少し広いので、小さな棒ヤスリでネジ穴を少し広げる加工が必要でした加工はちょっとで、 2分程度で終わりました純正のネジはすこ長くて底付きするので ネジはM3X10のネジを別途用意するか M3用のスプリングワッシャが必要です使用感は純正フットにアルカスイス プレートを取り付けて使用するより安定感がグッと良くなりましたフット部の厚みが抑えられてカメラケースへの収まりもずいぶん良くなりました満足しています

Just purchased this for my Canon 500mm f/4L IS, based primarily on the Q&A section where the seller confirmed that it was compatible with this lens, and the mentions in some of the reviews. I can tell you 100% that this is DEFINITLEY NOT COMPATIBLE WITH THE CANON 500mm F/4L IS mkI. The screws included are the wrong size, and more importantly, the hole pattern is different. So even if you try to reuse the screws from the Canon lens foot, they will not align properly, because the holes in the Haoge foot are significantly closer together. If you try to force them in, they will have to go in at an angle, and you will almost certainly damage the tripod ring on the lens. Since this is NOT a user removable tripod ring, that will likely cost you a trip to a Canon location to get the lens ring replaced, expect a bill of around $500 or more for this.

UPDATE: Amazon replaced the unit with a non-defective one. Haoge replied to me after seeing this review and said my email was in their spam box (well, that's not very satisfying!). The unit is quite nice and my only gripe about this is that when using it as a handle to carry my heavy 600mm lens, the pattern on the "grip" side (inside) is somewhat uncomfortable. I do recommend it, considering I have not found a better choice at this price point (and hopefully it is not defective upon arrival). Upping my rating to 4 star -- I take away half a star for the grip and half a star for the quality issue and run-around.OLDER INFO:The unit I received came with a debilitating defect: One of the two threaded inserts does not seat down into the recessed hole on the bottom of the foot (see second photo). As a result you cannot clamp an Arca type head onto it. I could not get the insert to wind in any further. This appears to be a defective part, and unusable. I tried to contact the company via their Email listed for service and they did not respond. Amazon tried calling them and said their number was blocked. Amazon sending me a replacement. If not for that screw problem, it appears to be very high quality. Let's see how the next one works!

The foot, of course, can be screwed onto the lens body but its angled section is too short (the foot arm is too close to the lens body) preventing proper fitting of lens hood in reverse for lens storage in the bag. Of course, without the hood in place you can't use the lens cap to protect the front element. For your information, the foot is heavy (about 0.5 pound which several times heavier than Canon's original foot).

Canon EF600 F4L IS II USM に装着Sachtler FSB 6 にて 装着 動作確認済みレンズ本体の台座部分 ネジ 径 長さ 位置とも 合って完璧に固定出来ました。購入時タッチアンドゴープレートが付いているがネジを外すと サイドロードプレート（タッチアンドゴータイプでは無いタイプ）になるレンズ本体に三脚座が直接装着出来るため重心が低くなり 安定感がアップしています。

Montato su un Canon 500mm F/4 IS L USM prima serie, nella descrizione dell’oggetto non è menzionato l’obiettivo, anche perchè non è per quest’ottica, ma con un pò di pazienza e usando le viti dello stesso e non quelle fornite dentro la scatola entra faticosamente. Il prodotto sembra ben realizzato e grazie all’attacco Arca non servono altre piastre. L’unica pecca se posso dirla tutta, è che sotto la staffa sono presenti due filettature per due viti da 1/4...peccato non avere anche la 3/8 per montarlo direttamente su un monopiede come nell’originale. La lunghezza rispetto a quella di serie è di poco più lunga, l’ergonomicità nel trasportarlo a mano si risente, mancano delle parti in gomma dura per alleviare le parti spigolose della staffa, a lungo andare risulta scomoda. Speravo in un profilo più basso, ma l’altezza è uguale all’originale. Perció è comoda solo per l’arca swiss.

The plate itself fits the lens and works OK. The handle could be a couple cm or more longer so there is room for a monopod and the screw-on shoulder sling belt. Also, if the height can be 0.5 cm more then the lens hood can fit much better when turned around (to be placed inside the camera backpack).I would like to call to future buyers to make sure not to use the original set of screws that came with the Canon lens. Two of the mounting holes in the original foot of the ring collar are more shallow than the other two. All four mounting holes in the Haoge plate are of the same height. Therefore, the original screws cannot be tightened on two of the holes closer to the front of lens. Make sure to use the screws provided by Haoge instead. Then it works great.

S'adapte de manière parfaite à mon 400mm 2.8, et permet ainsi de se fixer sur mes étaux de rotule dans ce format, super produit pour un prix raisonnable.
