I found the grout pen kit to be a bit of a mixed bag. While it’s technically ideal for very small touch-ups, the pens clog up quickly and tend to drip, which creates a messy application. It might work for minor repairs, but if you’re tackling anything more than a tiny area, you might end up more frustrated than satisfied.

It worked perfectly and made a great improvement of our tiled floors. It takes a little time and patience to do it right. I used a folded damp paper towel to remove excess from top of tile edge when necessary. I found reaching out and pulling the pen into me worked best. Remember to shake the pen well before using!

These grout pens worked great. I used them on the grout in my bathroom, and they made it look like new again. I’m really impressed with how well they worked. They came in a two pack, so I still have one left if I have any further projects. I also like that the price was good for how effective they are.I would definitely purchase them again.

These grout pens work but you may have to get creative. There were a few grout stains in my shower but they were all less than 2 inches long. The total area I needed to cover was less than 2 feet. I purchased these pens hoping to solve the problem and for the most part they did.You have to thoroughly clean the grout, rinse off any cleaning product, and make sure it is completely dry for these types of products to work. You also have to leave it cure for at least 24 hours before exposing it to water or it will fail. I have used these types of products before but not this brand which is significantly less expensive than similar products. The pens are easy to use though the instructions provided are not great. You just shake the pen for a few minutes and press down on the tip to saturate it with the liquid. Then you just apply along the grout lines, basically painting the grout. I was using on a vertical surface so the flow of liquid wasn't smooth. I had to keep stopping to shake the pen and press straight down to refill the pen tip. This likely won't be a problem if using on a horizontal surface like a floor. Also the grout lines in my shower were more narrow than the pen tip which is 3mm so I just sort of scribbled all along the grout until I managed to cover it, then wiped it off the tile with a dry paper towel. This wasted a bit but I didn't need a lot for a just a few spots. The pen tip wore out very quickly but I also mangled it a bit trying to get it into the narrow grout line. If you have a wide grout space, the tip would probably hold up better. They do include 2 replacement tips but they are all the same 3mm size.Once I was finished, it had successfully covered up the discolored areas and blended in fine. If you have a large area, you will need a lot of these pens for adequate coverage. I allowed the product to cure a full 24 hours before the shower was used and it held up fine. I'm not sure of the longevity of the product but it's very inexpensive so it is worth a try and it definitely made the shower look better.

The color is much more peach than beige. I have those pens in white and they work well.

It’s basically just white paint that comes off once you take a shower it does not bleach the grout clean. It just puts a white marker on it. That’s all I will not recommend and I will not purchase another one.
