The briegous grow tunnel kit I received had all of the components listed including the fiberglass rods, landscape spikes, rod couplings, clips, and gloves. It's a nice kit, and the rods are stiff enough that when assembled make a strong arch that'll be easy to lay netting on.This kit has one issue that caused me to drop its rating; there aren't enough couplings supplied to make full use of the kit depending on what size hoop you need. I wanted to use the largest size shown and came up four couplings short. I wanted to get 6 five section hoops and ended up with 5 and some extra rods. The count is ok for the 3 section hoop configuration but there aren't enough couplings if you wanted them in a 4 or 5 section rod setup. If it weren't for the couplings this kit would have earned a 5 star rating. It's a nice kit and it's decently priced but now I have five extra rods and no couplings.

This hoop set is not a good value. The fiberglass poles are about 15.5 inches long and are fairly stiff. For my three-foot wide raised bed, I needed to connect 5 poles to make an adequate hoop. Since there are 30 poles in the set, you would be able to make six hoops, but you only get 20 sleeves to connect the poles, and 24 sleeves are needed to make six hoops. I ended up using 5 hoops for my 3 by 6 foot raised bed and I have five leftover poles that I can't use. The green plastic clips work but are very tight to press over the hoops and can damage the netting if you are not careful and the netting isn't extra tough. Overall, I think the price is steep to cover one raised bed and you still need to buy netting to go over the hoops. Also, the quality if the product is just mediocre. If the fiberglass rods were twice as long and it came with 24 sleeves so you could at least cover two raised beds, it would be much better. If you just need a few small hoops and don't mind the price, these will work but if you need a lot of hoops, this isn't a good option.I will go back to getting driveway markers and cutting sections of pipe to connect them. They are basically stronger flexible fiberglass poles that are four feet long and give you a large hoop for half the price.

Every year, at the end of the growing season, I make the statement that I am done trying to grow a garden. Once again, Spring brings that urge to put my Green Thumb to work. These hoops will enable me to prevent my dog from digging in my large veggie pots until they can fill in the bare dirt that is so beckoning to Nellie to dig. I like that I can make the hoops as large or as tight as needed so they will work well in my garden. The instructions are easy to follow and the kit is well packaged. Looking forward to warmer growing weather.

Our freezes aren't over yet, but I've already got most of my cold weather crops in the garden. I can start early with confidence with this hoop set. We've not had a freeze just yet, but I've used similar products in the past and they worked well and saved the plants. Great for the grower that wants to get a jump on the growing season.
