These cartridges worked fine for a while. After using approximately half the toner it started streaking the page. So much black toner would come out that the right edge of the page was completely covered. It was so thick on the page that I could scrape some off with my fingernail. The other colors were also streaking the page. I tried wiping the excess toner off the roller but printing another page resulted in the page full of toner along the edge and the roller was covered again. I had to replace all 4 toner cartridges.

Update: this company sent me a new magenta cartridge to replace the leaking one and were very responsive to my issue with their product————-These cartridges were installed a couple months ago on a home printer. We do not do excess printing, but today when I printed, red dots were on the page. It is apparent they are leaking ink/toner. I have no way to clean it off and it effects the quality of the pages printed.

I have been using this brand of 054 Toner Cartridge set for my Canon ImageClass LBP622C dw Color Laser for a few years with no complaints. Cost of this set is significantly less than the OEM set. I am very pleased with the reliability of the cartridges and the color quality !

EDIT #2: contacted vendor about the leaking toner and they took a few days to respond so I ordered a replacement. In spite of this overlap, they kindly issued a credit to my account for the faulty toner cartridge.EDIT: after a couple months of use (less than 200 pages) the black cartridge started leaking toner, producing very bad print quality. Contacted GPC support and awaiting answer. Will update if/when they respond.I had low expectations for a product priced like this, but it proved me wrong. Packaging was very good and instructions are clear, not translated. The cartridges are a perfect drop in replacement for the originals. No errors, no print quality issues, and a huge price difference compared to OEM.

I’ve purchased this toner three times, and each time, it’s been the same disappointing experience. Initially, it works fine, but after some use, it begins to spill ink and leave streaks on my prints. I kept hoping the issues were a fluke, but clearly, it’s a consistent problem with this product.I take responsibility for giving it multiple chances, but I’ve finally learned my lesson. I won’t be buying this toner again. While I don’t like being overly negative, I’m genuinely frustrated by the wasted time and money.I gave it 2 starts because it printed ok for a while.

My Canon LBP622Cdw finally ran out of starter toner, so I bought these to replace them. Was easy to replace and works great! My only complaint is that the included instructions are generic for a bunch of different products, so it's not 100% obvious what to do at each step. You can probably figure it out, but here are the exact steps:1) Kill the power to the printer. I just pulled the cord out.2) Open your printer's cartridge bay. With mine, you pull the front down and then pull the tray out.3) Remove the cartridge for the color you want to replace. Only do one color at a time, so you know where they go!4) Take the correct replacement cartridge (there's a colored sticker on the bag for each) out of the box.5) Shake it back and forth 5 times to redistribute the toner.6) There are two orange tabs on each of the small sides - pull them out.7) Remove the giant flat orange bit covering the roller.8) Do NOT ever touch the roller with your filthy, oily, skin (or anything else). You will screw up print quality with your grease.9) There's a little flat orange tab of plastic film coming out halfway, near one end. Pull it HARD till the entire bit of transparent plastic comes out! It takes some real effort.10) Stick the cartridge in, roller down. There's only one way it'll fit.11) Repeat from 3) down for any other colors.12) Push the printer tray back in, close the door, power up the printer again.13) Profit! Well, you're all done anyhow. Print a test page to be sure.

I had originally posted a negative review about the expected longevity of one of my cartridges from GPC. However, a customer rep found my review, reached out to me, and insisted on sending me a pack of replacements at no charge to compensate me.I will definitely continue to do business with this vendor! This is definitely a company that cares about customer service and satisfaction, which seems to be a rarity these days. Not only are the cartridges very well packaged, but are an incredible deal compared to OEM cartridges.

I have an ImageClass MF642Cdw, and I have tried several ink refills from different companies. With those inks, my printer recognized that they were not the name brand, and it would not show the ink levels. No big deal because I was still able to print and save money. However, I found myself replacing all the colors when one color would start to fade. I did that because I didn’t know how much ink I had left in the other cartridges.I was skeptical about trying another Ink company because the last company I used, the print quality was good, and I didn’t want to jeopardize losing that. I decided to give it another shot and try one more company, and thank goodness I did! I finally found the perfect solution. I had perfect print colors and my printer displayed the ink levels.If you have experienced my issues in the past with your printer I highly recommend you give them a try. Received product on time. Tricky process to have printer to recognize the ink. One cartridge at a time to replace and once the printer shows no error for that cartridge, next one to replace and so on. It works that way with my printer MF model C643 .. I believe supplier should give such instructions to buyers. Did not try the colors yet .. Price for four cartridges is equivalent to only one cartridge from Canon side so worth of trial since buying four cartridges from Canon is double the price of the printer itself ..
