2. Drill holes at the position of the mark
3. Knock the yellow anchor into the wall

I used these to hang a wooden curtain rod. They are heavyweight brass metal and much more elegant than wooden ones. Changed the look completely.

I have used these brackets to hang clothes rods in the laundry room and master closet. They look great and are easy to use. I swapped out the screws that were included for brass wood screws and attached them directly to the shelf and slid a wooden rod through them. I plan to redo other closets using them and to use them as upgraded curtain rod brackets
