The AD600 Pro II is by far the best strobe light I have ever used. I have a couple of the older version of AD600 lights, this one is definitely a significant upgrade to those.It's a powerful strobe with great versatilities. I used it with the Godox X3 trigger (purchased separately), really like the matching menu styles and the intuitive UI on both the strobe and the trigger.The strobe light output has consistently good quality and reliable, with great recycle time. And I love the fact that the modeling light can serve as an individual bi-color LED light, with color temperature adjustable between 2800K and 6000K, at 40W full power. It can be a great light source for many video and low ambient lighting photo shoots.It has pretty solid build quality and well thought designs. I like the new metal light stand mount that can fold neatly to the body when not used. And like many other reviewers mentioned, the new power on mechanism with the unlock by rotation makes it impossible to accidentally turning on the light and drain the battery under any circumstances.It's a bit bigger and heavier than my old AD600 strobes, probably the next accessory I want to get for it would be the extension cord, making it even more versatile and easier to setup with light modifiers.So far I'm very happy with this upgrade, will continue exploring the capabilities of it.
