Should make a great blocking, etc pad for football training. Only time will tell for durability, but construction appears to be terrific. Casing material is thick and durable. Inner pad is solid, with minimal compression, just as you want. Handles are well stitched. Overall, very good quality!

Excellent workout pad for my 13 year old son. This is a firm foam pad. Great for challenging a driving layup without having to make body to body contact and risk injury while training. Handles are durable and i expect it to last years.

It has taken a beating through one season and still looks new. Solid product with great padding and lightweight. A must have to do the extra training at home to help your younger athletes excel.

Perfect. I bought this 3 years ago. Use it for every sport my son plays damn near. Basketball,football,wrestling,boxing,he even kicks it when i'm working with me.It holds up,worth every penny. Straps still tight also. Im known as the neighborhood coach,so multiple kids have hit this bag over the years. Never an issue.

Great product. I've purchased these before. These are not thin cheap pads. The pads are large; providing cover from shoulder to knee; thick 5-6"; high quality construction. Stitching is very strong. I use for 5th / 6th grade football but could be used for high school as well. A design modification suggestion: rather than two strap handles on backside that you have to hold with two hands; I'd prefer a forearm option; one strap around forearm and grasping the second strap with hand.

not sure what to think about what i received in the mail . I didn't even open the box all the way when I see a sticker that says this ( see pic for what it said) feeling upset I don't want to harm my child but it's the one thing he wanted for Christmas . I really think the company should tell you ! Might just file a complaint with the BBB. Gave it five star so you would read !! But over all product is well made and easy to hold . My son is gonna love this :)
