Very surprised on how great these little alligator clips gripped. Quite a strong spring and the hooks work great

These tiny clips did work out to hang my Christmas lights outdoors. They are very small and the video they showed made them look larger.

What a joke! Christmas lights roof clip???This could not even clip to an envelope it’s so tiny. Maybe a craft item, but not what they advertise it’s supposed to do!If you want it for crafts, maybe to hang photograph this will work…but for nothing else.

I have used the plastic ones for a number of years, which tend to only last about a season. I thought metals would be great. They do hold the lights well, will not deteriorate. My only criticism is that they don’t hold to the shingles of the roof as strongly as I would desire. Well made materials

These worked perfectly for hanging icicle lights from our shingles.

I had these on my roof since last Christmas season, and they still worked great. There are a lot of them for pretty cheap, but I was just being lazy and left them up. I could move them around still and not a single one fell off. Only complaint is that the hook is a little too open, which can cause the lights to fall off if it is windy.
