I usually do not do these reviews, but I felt if necessary to do one this product. The glass that they use is great quality. I reached out to the business because I had a minor problem that turned out to be my fault, not theirs. They replied back in a very timely manner and was genuinely concerned about my concerns. It turned out to be my fault, but I was really impressed that they actually cared. I will definitely be using this company again.

Ordered two glasses. Both have a seam going right down the middle of the custom writing... One isn't too bad, but this one just looks awful. Why the heck would you have the custom design right in the middle of that? Lol It's ridiculous.

Good quality glass, perfect engraving. This is second order from this company, items are packaged well to avoid breaking, high quality gift at very reasonable price. Will order again from this business.

This came sort of quick so that’s the one positive I can say about this. Now for everything else…. The cup came dirty. Literal dirt spots and swirls all over. There’s leftover sticky adhesive from a sticker on the back that I’ll have to clean off before wrapping as a gift. The cup looks as if it was used before engraved.The engraving is smaller than expected as well.

Great gift idea! I had put into the notes to make a modification to the sizing of the font, and it came out perfectly, exactly as I pictured!
