Sometimes you have to mash the buttons as hard as possible to get them to work. Other times you click the button once but it thinks you did it twice. I've had it almost 6 months and I still can't predict how it will react when I press it. Pretty much useless unless you really don't care about accuracy.

Bought the stopwatches for a swim meet, 5 of them arrived with dead batteries, at the swim meet several of the stopwatches malfunctioned, it was a complete disaster, they are cheap junk, do not buy

I give it a 2 (rather than a 1) because the stopwatch function works and is easy to reset to zero once you figure out how that function works. That said, it is the worst to try and set either the alarm or the time. Still haven't been able to turn the alarm off. The setting buttons are unresponsive - takes several presses to get anything done, then if it jumps past the number you want you're back at square one. Wouldn't take another one as a gift.
