Super versatile kit. It comes complete with assembly and drill ideas. The plastic pieces are strong and click together very well. There are a multitude of configuration options and you aren't limited to a single flat layout. There are also pieces that will snap two rings together or parts or rings to make obstacles to jump over.It comes complete with a carrying bag for when all the pieces are fully disassembled as well as a wrap around handle that can be used to bundle and carry assembled rings together. I would absolutely recommend this kit.

These are great and when I purchased, I was only paying attention to the advertised “ring” format, but you can actually arrange these in a bunch of different styles to create obstacles and even mini fences/hurdles. I was happily surprised because this exceeded expectations and they are good quality too - super easy to assemble and disassemble so setup and packing up is a breeze. Also comes with a carry bag that is small and compact so doesn’t take up a bunch of space if we take it to a field or track to practice. We use this for my 14 year old that is into track and his brother uses as well because he is a swimmer so these are great for dryland.

Up to now, I've only used agility "ladders" in my gym--the kind of webbing-based equipment that you lay on the ground and run or jump along it in different ways. This set of rings is a lot more versatile and probably more durable. It consists of a bunch of plastic pieces that snap together and apart to create interconnecting hexagonal rings, and with the connectors that are included, you can either create a design to sit on the floor or hurdles for you to jump over. The plastic is sturdy, and the connectors work well. (My friend already wants to borrow them for the boot camp she teaches twice a week.)I very much look forward to exploring all the possibilities of this set, as I'm very impressed with the concept and the execution.

Chose these to help with agility for kids ages 6-9 at football practice. We like the green color, easy to assemble and disassemble, the bag makes it handy to carry and store. So far we’ve been using it over a month and they’ve taken a beaten but have held up good. For $25 I think it’s a reasonable price.

By the time that you get these put together to use them you don't want to anymore. Once they are together it's great for training but it's not worth all the effort.

Like others have mentioned, these GHB agility rings are great tools for any athlete or coach. They are straightforward in their assembly. They are versatile in their use. You can use them like an agility ladder, but you can vary the pattern of how you put them together. You can create hurdles out of them. Overall, that's the great part about these. Now, the issues: Given what these are made for, it is inevitable that these agility hexes will be stepped on. The creators would know that and you would have hoped that they would account for that. However, the plastic pieces are relatively easy to break, even during assembly. That said, as long as you / your athletes careful, these should last for a good while.Lastly, once you put them together, they're not going to fit back into the bag they came in. After they're assembled, you probably don't want to take them back part and re-assemble over and over. So after assembly, you'll need to use the velcro strap that comes along to hold them together when you fold the hexes back up for storage. The strap allows for easy transportation and storage and holds them together.

I had acquired this agility training set to train 9-10 year old boys for recreational soccer. The assembly process is simple, all pieced are interlocking, giving ability to connect all rings in series or in two parallel rows. The kit includes instructions for beginners how to connect and with the display on type of layout configurations the rings can be connected. The material of the joints, interlocking connectors seems durable so far after multiple steps on them none have broken off.The size of the rings is practical for young athletes and personal trainers.Very effective set, due to size and shape of the rings, jumping in, out, and over is quiet comfortable. Being made of solid plastics, flexible enough not to crack or break if stepping on any of the connecting pieces. The only drawback, it takes a little bit of time to connect all pieces together for each ring, unfortunately locking clips which hold connect each ring to each other, don't have enough clearance to allow whole line of rings to be folded together, it will save time during preparations and after training sessions. As of now, when folding, holding clips don't allow each ring to fold completely on top of each other.Solution for this would be to increase clearances of the clips to allow each ring to lay flat when folding while still connected together.Other than that, great value for money.

The agility ladder is a great tool for anyone looking to improve their speed, footwork, and overall athleticism. With 12 durable plastic rungs spaced 15 inches apart, this ladder provides a challenging yet manageable workout that can help you improve your quickness and coordination. One of the best things about this agility ladder is its overall length of 20 feet. This gives you plenty of space to work with, whether you're practicing on your own or with a group. And with each rung measuring 17 inches long, you'll be able to challenge yourself to take quick, precise steps as you move through the ladder.Another great feature of this agility ladder is the included carry bag. This makes it easy to transport the ladder from place to place, whether you're taking it to the park, the gym, or your backyard. And when you're not using it, you can simply store it in the bag to keep it safe and out of the way.Perhaps the best thing about this agility ladder is the workout it provides. By focusing on foot strike and lift frequency, you can improve your speed and agility while torching calories at the same time. And with regular use, you'll see improvements in your overall fitness and athletic performance.Overall, I highly recommend the agility ladder to anyone looking for a challenging and effective workout tool. While it may take some time to get the hang of, the benefits are well worth the effort. Whether you're an athlete looking to improve your performance or simply someone looking to get in better shape, this ladder is a great choice.

Great price!Longer than expected & appears to be quite sturdy.I took it to a boot camp for everyone to use as part of the circuits and the trainer thought it was excellent! My classmates loved it too...It can be used for lots of different exercises -(not just agility drills )including a plank walk...Not been able to use it much since as had an injury but can't wait to try it out with more exercises once recovered!
