I have a PI2AES 2.0 - Pro Audio Shield by Pi 2 Design.I absolutely love this produce but I wanted to lower the Pi4 board if possible without an active cooler. This cooler dropped the temperature of the Pi from 52°C/125.6°F to 45°C/113°FI did leave the rear acrylic cover off as with the cooler there was an extremely slight bind. Not that 52° was a problem I just like 45° for the long term. Highly Recommend

Very nice heatsink, however it stacks up .4 or so and if any hat is using the standoffs as well now they are too long.

I put this heat sink on and the Pi runs 8 degrees hotter than with no heatsink.

I added the copper heatsink to a Pi2AES stack. The heatsink lowered the temperature by 15ºC. If you are getting additional heat after installing the heatsink, you did not install it correctly.
