After reading many reviews for similar products, I opted to purchase this unit. I am happy with the dispenser, it was easy to install and works as it should. Just be careful...a LOT of soap is dispensed with a full press. Just press lightly!

It's good looking and I like that it doesn't stick out too far. It's like a bobble head- very wobbly, need to push directly in middle of top otherwise it leans over, a lot of play.

This dispenser replaced one I had bought a few years ago. That one was metal and looked nice, but the pump mechanism was awful—kept jamming up so that you would get one little drop of soap and no more would come out for several minutes. Finally the plastic supply bottle (which screwed in under the sink just like this one) broke at the neck and leaked soap all over. This dispenser is plastic but looks nice and feels sturdy. It was 1/3 the price of my old dispenser (and that's not counting inflation). One pump dispenses a generous amount of liquid soap. So far so good!

Matches my matte black sink and fits perfectly in the predrilled sprayer hole in my counter tops. Holds the soap without any issues

The base covered the old hole in the countertop. It's larger than some which makes it great if you're replacing an old one with a jagged hole on the top of the counter. It was easy to replace....even for a 73 yr old woman
