Update! I found today an air hose kit from Gabriel on my door step. They did come through and supply me replacement parts after all! An acknowledgement from my e-mail letting me know what they were going to do would have been a nice thing though...Heres my problem. I ordered a set of Gabriel hijackers for the rear of my Ranchero. I install them only to find the air fitting 'T' has the schrader valve driven so far down into the fitting that it is inoperable. I can't even access it with a removal tool and end up damaging it in the process. (It's made of plastic!) I contact Gabriel customer service in hope of getting a new fitting sent to me. I'm told she can't help me over the phone and I will have to write an e-mail to customer service about it. So, I do and that was almost a week ago and no responce yet! I have since purchased an additional air fitting kit just so I can get a new 'T' fitting. I also ordered a pair of front shocks for the same vehicle, but would'nt you know it, upon installing I find that I only have the mounting hardware and bushings for one shock. So it's off to the auto parts store for parts. I sure hope these shocks work better then the quality control and customer service I have seen so far, which have been far below what I expected of this company.

I've used Hijackers for decades. They always perform well. Getting the top nut off the old shocks is always fun, of course.Make sure you plan where you're going to run your air lines and install your air fitting.

Put these on a 2002 Grand Marquis. They are working great and took the sag out of the rear end. Great shocks would definitely buy again if needed.

Not impressed. Made in Mexico but that's not why I wasn't impressed. I ordered these and a pair of Monroe Air Shocks. I ended up using the Monroe air shocks that were supposed to be white (which would of looked awesome with the red coilspring airbags) but we're black upon arrival. And the two pairs had different design features. They both were good designs but the Monroes fit better for the application in which I have. I may use them in the future since I plan to keep my '86' Towncar for life.

Bought these Gabriel Air Shock several months ago. They started to leak air with one day. Checked all the fittings with soapy solution. Could find no leaks at 120 PSI. Next day the air pressure went down to 100 PSI. Within one week the air pressure drops to 30 PSI. Not good. You have to pump them up every day if you are hauling anything. A real hassle.I believe the shocks themselves have a slow leak in the pistons or the boot. Gabriel and/or seller has not contacted me to date for any warranty replacement. I am a disatisfied customer.
