We live at 7800' and winters can get VERY windy. Had been using 40lb bags of cat litter (we do have cats) to weigh down our furniture so it does not blow away. A friend suggested these and they work perfectly! Plus, at the end of the season we can empty them, use the water for the garden, and store them for next year. Great find.

I loved the whole idea and the fact that it was strong. There is no handle to carey and the spigot doesn't pop out to refill. I need to be able to Carey and refill. This turned put to not be what I needed.

Can't complain about these bags so far. Used them to fill up water from a hot spring. No leaking and easy to use so far. Drove 4 hrs back home with 6 bags and zero leaks. I put the bags inside of two giant Rubbermaid bins because these are just bags and have no shape so they'll roll around if not contained, not to mention the bins would help contain any leaks if they happened. If these are 5.3 gallons each, I filled each one up to probably 4.8 gallons. Leaving some space allowed me to be able to grab the bag by the top part to get my arm underneath it when moving them.Two of these filled will fit comfortably in a 24qt milk crate (the crate that is basically 1 1/2 the size of a normal sized 16qt crate). It should go without saying that 5 gallons of water is pretty heavy but because these bags have no handles or rigid form, it is 5 gallons of "dead weight", not as easy to maneuver with as a rigid 5 gallon jug with handles. If you can fill them up inside of a milk crate, that will eliminate those issues.So far I'm impressed and FULLY expected to have at least one of the bags leak but since that didn't happen, 5 stars from me and I would purchase again.

Like these bags a lot. 5 gallons use less of tou plan to leave outside during winter. Check for slices, holes, or missing plugs or spouts. Great for emergency or camping.

These work well - are well made - I tested filling them partially with water and refreezing them and using them as reusable cooler chilling packs
