** update** The seller contacted me about my poor review and they were very helpful. Good to know: they have changed the design of the wheels, which probably corrects the wheel problem i experienced. Good diminutive with this seller. I'm increasing one star to reflect this.I wanted to really love this one! I bought it to use on a cruise because we had one thing to take that wasn't tiny (about the size of a medium suitcase), was heavy, and not easy to roll around. At first, it seemed ok when I put it together, but the design with the bungee straps is not the best, because they are very stretchy, and it's hard to actually secure anything down to the platform. It would be better with solid straps with a ratchet. One of the bungees actually snapped during the first use, despite the fact that it was not at all pulled tightly. On the way home, I pulled the straps much tighter, literally underneath the platform and back over, and that seemed to work better. The wheels are not great, either. We were on city sidewalks, cruise walkways into the port, and onto a cruise ship. But every single little bump or divot, I had to stop and push the dolly over with my foot or hand. Seriously, the wheels should roll smoothly over these surfaces. Suitcases do. So, I'm giving it three stars. It's too late to return it. If I decide to use it again, I'll get some ratchet straps and look at doing something to the wheels, maybe replacing them. OH! Also, if you have the handle extended and you attempt to push the dolly in front of you, it puts pressure on the button that lowers the handle. If you pull it beside you, same thing. I could not find a comfortable way to move it. So, now that I think about it it's down to 2 stars, and I wish I could return it. Mostly I wish it had worked because it seemed great.

This cart is awesome! It hauled 12 large boxes of books, 2 at a time, to my apt which involved pulling it a full block because of parking issues, then riding up several floors on an elevator, then down a long hall to my door. I did this 6 times without a problem! The cart holds plenty of weight and the bungee cords are very strong. Can’t beat it for the price and it folds up to fit in 5” of space under a piece of furniture. LlOVEIT!!!

We needed something to easily move our backup power supply, which weighs over 75 pounds, and since ours didn’t have a trolley or wheels this worked perfect. We can easily move the system to an outlet to keep it charged a couple of times a year, and are able to move it anywhere in our house that it may be needed. The included bungee straps secure the system to the base too. Worked perfectly for our needs, a total back saver! Another plus, the seller reached out before the item arrived and made sure that the order was as expected. They also followed up to remind us of their availability if any issues popped up and the warranty. Highly recommend the product and the seller!

This folding hand truck is a lifesaver! It’s lightweight but super sturdy, making it easy to carry heavy loads. I use this all the time. It can handle small and heavy items. I keep it in my car. Is is easy to fold up and set up get value for the money I paid. I keep an empty box in the car to put groceries that are in bags to transport them

Great little rolling cart for moving items, laundry, files, etc. I like that it is portable and durable, seems pretty strong and the handle comes up to accommodate different heights. I also like that it comes equipped with bungee cords which is an added plus. The wheels move easily and because it folds right up, I could even see this being brought to an airport if needed.
