Doesn't come with washers. Used the old ones for 1992 Wrangler 4.0l exhaust manifold replacement and went together great.

Use anitseeze, recheck torque after about 50 miles then after a month

These are the bolts to replace the ones on a Jeep 4.0L for the intake/exhaust manifolds. Just replace them.
