Sells pillow blocks advertised to have 1” bore. But, the bore is less than 1” and cannot fit the standardized 1” shafts. The above image shows the pillow block’s actual bore diameter, to small to accept one inch shafts. When asked to return 2 unusable pillow blocks, the vender requested qualifying photos. After annotating and sending 6 images clearly showing the problem; the seller now requests a video, totally unreasonable.
