Good value - at $15 for 5 that's $3 a piece. Blades are very sharp (careful!) and chew through pine like hot butter. I used in my Ryobi (sawsall) reciprocating saw to cut through a bottom plate adding a doorway to a new room addition from an existing structure. The cut was also fairly straight.

My impression was when seeing the imposing blades to cut anything, but the problem was when I wanted to cut an osha plank the blade went to the side, I don't know if it's because the metal is thin and broke, my suggestion is that the blade be a little thicker so that it doesn't bend when cutting, if you have used them, what type of wood did you use

These blades have sharp teeth that cut quickly through green wood. The sides are flat and the teeth are ground to cut on the draw stroke, like traditional Japanese hand saws. On a power saw, these will make a cleaner cut than many other reciprocating saw blades, but any adjacent surface that is finished should still be protected when the blade is used for cutting other wood aside from live pruning. So far, I am still on the first saw blade (nearly three months of use) and it does not yet show significant dulling.

These are much sharper than the ones I usually buy. They are oiled and come with a plastic case. I hope to use them soon and update this review but so far they look like quality.

The blade quality in these saw blades is very good. The tri-edged fleam ground teeth are sharp and aggressive making cutting a breeze. These are a good value and have helped cut down the time.

The 'EZARC Japanese Tri-Edged Teeth Reciprocating Saw Blades 225 mm, Fleam Ground Teeth Wood Pruning Saw Blades 8 TPI for Tree Trimming, 5 Pieces' arrived in a plastic storage case,I found 2 pairs of blades stuck together in the case, they appear to have a coating which is noticeable in one of my photographs of a blade tip, I was able to seperate the blades. The blades were a bit of a tight fit in my JCB sabre saw, possibly due to the same material as found on the tip.In use the blades seem to cut well through apple branches though I let them work at their own pace; not putting them under excessive load.

Most reciprocating saw blade I have used have small teeth and don't last long once you start cutting. I was drawn to these by the Japanese style teeth layout. The teeth on this blade are long and sharp. They are also offset from each other so that they don't clog quickly. Definitely well thought out design. These would be excellent trimming trees or thick hedges. In terms of woodworking, these would be useful in cutting rough lumber or small logs. These blades will fit all standard reciprocating saws. You get 5 in the package and they come in a nice little plastic case. I liked the case better than the loose blades you normally get. I will definitely try these again!

Vendor Ezarc offers this 5-pack of 9" reciprocating blades featuring Japanese-style saw teeth. We used it to cut through some dog ear 1"x7" fencing and a 2"x4" stud. Here is what to like:1. Because of the Japanese tooth format, these reciprocating saw blades are sharp...extremely sharp.2. At 9 inches in length, it can handle some pretty big jobs that standard-length recip blades can't.3. Their composition is chromium-vanadium, with emphasis on chromium...so they are built to last.4. They come in a hefty plastic case for secure storage but easy to toss into your utility tote.In our testing with our reciprocating saw, we were able to consistently cut through the stud and the wide fence plant in about 5 seconds per pass. We were amazed at the ease of the cut and how clean it was.For cutting ability, this would be a 5-star product. However, we have deducted one star for finish. The nose of each blade had little dents and dings and the finish on either side of each blade featured a couple of scratches and dull spots. While these are cosmetic and don't take away from overall cutting effectiveness, at the price point for the set, one should expect better quality control.Overall, an amazing saw blade that is sure to make quick work of typical sawing projects.
