I bought this for my 15'2" thoroughbred who is still developing his top line and muscle. This was purchased to help keep my saddle from sliding back during work. He has broad shoulders and a narrow back. His tack is cob size, so I purchased the cob size breastplate. The leather for this piece of tack is very nice, it is soft an pliable. There are many adjustments that can be made in order to achieve a custom fit. I have adjusted it to fit him. I have not ridden with this yet, the weather has been arctic cold.

Seems to be an okay quality leather, but this fits my young Thoroughbred tight, which I wasn’t expecting. And he will grow more as he fills out, so it likely won’t last long. I also wish they had options for snaps to the d rings for more adjustability, but they don’t.
