To seal the cap's front and side base rails (NOT using a Front Rail Seal XL) install one of the following 20ft or 23ft length truck cap seals: 1 1/2" wide Super Cap Seal 23ft (ASIN: B00C7VU9BA) or Super Cap Seal 20ft (ASIN: B00NCC0SY6) fills all bed rail gaps, use on truck caps that weigh 200 lbs or less. 2" wide Premium Cap Seal XL 23ft (ASIN: B00IPQR63A) or Premium Cap Seal XL 20ft (ASIN: B00NCCX6C2) fills small to medium bed rail gaps, use on truck caps that weigh 200 lbs or less. 2 1/8" wide Super Cap Seal XL 23ft (ASIN: B00BNGBXOC) or Super Cap Seal XL 20ft (ASIN: B00NCCNUJQ) for trucks with extra wide bed rails, fills all bed rail gaps, use on truck caps that weigh over 200 lbs. 1 1/2" wide Ultra Cap Seal 23ft (ASIN: B00MPMBIZW) or Ultra Cap Seal 20ft (ASIN: B00NCCDXJ8) fills all bed rail gaps, for truck caps that weigh over 200 lbs and heavier weighted caps. I was researching a way to seal the gap of My bed and the trifold topper I purchased. It did the job perfectlyIt was easy to install, would have been easier if I had another person helping. Product was a little costly but did the job!!!!

After installing a hard tri fold tonneau cover on my 2013 Tacoma I was unhappy with the gap and look that the weather stripping left. This closed the gap perfectly and looks and seals10x better!

The package came with alcohol wipes and bond enhancer. This strip appears to have double sided tape. Once you apply it , it will not come off. It is far stronger than any double sided tape I have ever seen

Perfect fit for 2005-2015 Tacoma bulkhead when installing a Go Fast Camper. Just cut the bulkhead to overlap the bed rail seals, and jam some putty tape into the gaps. Once the camper compresses the seals and putty, you should have a watertight fit.

I thought this rubber seal might be to wide for my application but it fit like a glove. The product came with alcohol to clean the area before application, it also came with an adhesive substance to help in the bonding of the surface to the rubber seal. I didn't uses this as I found the adhesive backing was strong enough to adhere to the surface which I cleaned before applying. Please note, the seal is easy to cut and to fit into almost any space you need to seal. I found this product to be great and would recommend it.

... to replace the rubber seal the dealership installed (they cut the original too short, allowing air to rush under the tonneau cover and balloon). However, the ballooning effect did increase my gas mileage by 100% and also allowed me to haul twice the stated capacity. Miracle product!Initial adhesion is good... but time will tell how it truly holds.

Great seal but adhesive is a little weak. I had to add garilla glue under but otherwise its great to seal under a tonneau cover on a pickup. 👍
