DONOT buy these heaters! None of the Heater put out enough heat to heat the room and the rooms are small. Do not waste your money these heaters will not heat your home.

I must admit that I was a bit doubtful when I purchased this product. It seemed to be to good to be true and it's made in the USA, which recent history has shown a huge drop in the quality of products made in the states.BUT... ...I am so glad I purchased this heater. I used to have a 3000watt fan driven unit and it took a long time to heat the room and was noisy. I replaced it with this hard wired 220volt, 1000watt MaxEnvi unit and it has impressed me so much. It heats the room faster and is so quiet that I had to check a few times to see if it was on. It has given me new faith in USA quality products. I highly recommend this heater and am now planning to by another unit for a guest room we have that has a few cold spots from time to time. I may try the plug in 110volt version for that room. The installation is straight forward and the instruction manual is one of the best written I have seen. Thank you Envi!

After running the heater for 48 hours on high the small 8x4 room it is in is hoodie warm, but not Tshirt warm like I would expect. I did get the 220 hardwired model and installation was as awful as everyone says it is. Better than nothing and uses less power than the conventional models, but does take up a lot more space. I wouldn’t buy it again.

I like the slim profile of this heater and looks great in the tiny bathroom we put in our garage. On the negative side, it is made for a larger space and I can’t adjust the heat any lower. It’s way too hot in that bathroom so you have to leave the door open a crack. Now I’m heating the whole garage. We started out with a typical floorboard heater which had a wide range to the temperature dial. It worked great but I didn’t like the look of it and it stuck out too much, so I bought this one. I called the company but they couldn’t help me.Should have stick with the cheaper traditional one for this application.

Good warmth for our large living room-kitchen combo. Looks sleek, noiseless, easy for my contractor to install, good value for a high-functioning, low energy (or so the manufacturer writes) convection heater.

I have the 220v model with 1000 watts of output. We have it in a room of around 220 square feet. With the thermostat turned about half way it keeps the room at about 68° while it’s about 40° outside. This is great for us but some people would not find that adequate. I think it would struggle to keep this room at 72°.It replaced a 1500 watt (vintage) model with a very loud fan. The new one takes much longer to initially heat the room, but it is silent while it is doing it. This is great for our bedroom.I hated that old monstrosity, long live the new hotness.

This heater was super easy to install. Replaced a baseboard heater near my washer and dryer since I knew clothes would be on the floor. Working great so far, very simple controls.

I’m disappointed that it doesn’t have a fan, since I installed it in bathroom, other than that it works fine.

Bought for one of our bedrooms. Heats room well and keeps the temperature constant. Very slim and fits nicely on the wall. We are happy with our purchase and will be purchasing more for our other bedrooms.

Wall above heater does get quite hot. Can't say it's dangerous, but drywall is too hot to hold hand on.I can understand comments on discoloring paint due to heat, & getting paint dirty from convection airflow.I added a 24" x 24" sheet of aluminum on wall above stove, to aid cleaning and for peace of mind.I have a wall t-stat, so can't speak to how well the temp knob works.May add pic later.

I just got my 240V hard wire heater installed. The install really was very easy and the heat output is a steady 115°F which puts it right in between a furnace and heat pump. Heat pumps typically produce air that is about 90-100°F, whereas furnaces can produce air as high as 120-125°F.Unfortunately the low last night only got down to 40°F so I’ll update my review soon as winter hit's.
