Installation was easy if you have experience with Xbox one consoles. It took me less than 15 minutes from start to finish and removing the power supply was easy including installing the replacement that I received as indicated. I put everything back, sealed the enclosure and powered it up and it turned on just as if it never was broken. Came sealed in a box very secured and though it wasn't the genuine OEM part, It still worked with my Xbox One S console.

So this was installed... The Xbox turned on... Then it didn't.... Then it turn on... Then it didn't....and not the console isn't working at all.... HELP ME
