I have never tried this Yerba Mate and it’s quite interesting! Super delicious, you can feel the different flavors of it and something totally unique is that using already my second hot water thermo the Yerba still works great and you can still taste it as the first serve. If you are from Argentina as I am, I highly recommend you to try this one! Muchas gracias chicos, ahora a probar el savor “suave”!!

Amazon notified me recently that my original order for this item had been cancelled and the package was undeliverable. I went through the mild PITA of reordering the stuff and it was delivered today. Now I see why the first order was undeliverable. The bottom of the bag was busted out and had been taped shut, but not well enough to keep the yerba mate leaves from leaking out. No telling how much was lost,; probably not enough to make a return worthwhile. But come on, people. Shipping stuff in bags is not rocket surgery and I shouldn't have to tape shut a bag of tea myself. Careless handling or poor packaging was to blame. Whatever the problem, it needs to be fixed before I order from this company again.AFTER BREWING THE EL BUEN PASTOR BARBACUA brandThere is a notable difference between this yerba mate and the brand I bought previously. The Barbacua stuff has a much more complex flavor than the other stuff I've brewed. The first brand simply tasted "green." Since I didn't have anything to compare it to, that green taste was, and still is, OK. But the new stuff has a slightly smoky flavor that sets it apart from the other. Not sure it's enough that I'll want to gamble on another "undeliverable" package, but it will go into future considerations.
