This item arrived on time and undamaged. It was a warehouse deal, so it wasn't in the original packaging, but was in good condition as described. The only issue I have is that the picture on the listing shows the stretcher bars for the Handi Clamp system, but the description is for the 14-Inch scroll rods with clamps. It was my own fault for not reading the listing thoroughly enough to realize I was NOT receiving the stretcher (side bars for the frame) shown in the picture, but rather the scrolling bars with clamps that the fabric itself is attached to. It was still a good deal, and since the frame system is modular I can still use the scroll rods and will keep them, but it is misleading to have the incorrect photo on the listing so I did take off one star.
