The package was damaged because the it was not boxed. It was in a plastic USPS envelope. One of the 10 rollers poked a hole in the package and was lost.

My garage doors that are 20 years old, had gotten so noisy that it sounded like they were going to break every time I open them. I had to watch a video on YouTube to learn how to install these, but they are so much quieter than the original metal wheels. It took me maybe an hour and 15 minutes to do both doors. I would definitely recommend these.

My rollers were aged but didn't seem to be that loose even after taking them off. But the garage had been noisy to the point of concern so I bought these.After replacing the rollers (I pulled off the vertical sections instead of bending them) with fresh grease and lubing the parts the door is noticeably quieter and smoother. I had tried lubing alone months before and not much of a difference. Totally worth it to change out thanks!

This product is a nice addition when upgrading your automatic garage door. Bearings are sealed and solid made. The first set I received was missing the bearings covers, returned to Amazon, second set was good. Apparently quality control got the better of either manufacturer or Amazon.

Slight noticeable noise reduction. Unable to measure but based on friction physics alone, it has to reduce the load on the door opener potentially extending it's life. Installing the bottom two rollers is a somewhat hazardous task so be careful and watch videos on line to learn how. The upper rollers as simple and quick to change out.

I bought these nylon rollers to replace the worn-out steel rollers used in my 14 ft high by 16 ft wide RV garage door. These Dura-Lift nylon rollers are well made and work perfectly on my large RV garage door. They are very quiet, well made, and of heavy-duty construction capable of use on a large garage door like mine. Installation was fairly easy but the bottom rollers are a bit tricky to install as you don't remove the bottom roller brackets from the door to replace the rollers. Check out some of the many YouTube videos on replacing garage door rollers before you undertake the job. You can buy and install these top-rated rollers with confidence.

Noise has been minimised. Be very careful when replacing as sometimes the alignment will be changed. Please watch multiple videos before doing it. Bit pricey though.
