Made to Last a LONG Time
Tetherballs easily get punctured by our dogs. So our first challenge was creating a ball more resistant to being punctured. We made this ball big enough for them to not be able to bite down on, and gave it an extra layer of protection.
Then we had to build a tough metal clip for the inside of the ball - another point of failure in the past. Finally, we added a durable nylon rope to the product.
This Set Especially Designed for Dogs…
When we first discovered how much our dogs loved to play with tetherballs, we were over the moon. It was as fun for us to watch our dogs play as it was for them. The only problem? Standard tetherballs didn’t last very long. Replacements became expensive. And that’s why we created this durable tetherball - especially for our furry friends - to play with and enjoy alone and with family members.

Bought it for my dog who is 16 pds and when it swing back on him it's hurts. He doesn't play with it and he loves balls.

I read positive and negative reviews before buying. I hung it up so the rope connection on top of the ball was out of my dog's reach, and made sure it wouldn't touch anything as it swung, so it can't be pinned for biting down. Only complaint I have is it doesn't hold air, slow leak at valve, and have to inflate at least daily. I think that can be easily fixed, like you would your kid's soccer ball valve. If it gets squishy, dog is able to grab it. Otherwise, for the money and the enjoyment I think its a good buy. It's in my basement, so only gets played with on days when weather is too inclement to play outside, so works for me.

Arrived on Jan26th 2021 - they had it torn up 3 weeks later.....we have a rott mix, 3 pitt mixes and 1 blue heeler..... it was the heeler that broke the ball.... we're ordering another one they absolutely love it.. the outter skin is currently being used as a tug of war toy and the actual ball tube is still attached to the pole.. it is very durable, we just rescue the misfits lol 🥴

We put it on a tree in the backyard. Within a couple days it was destroyed, popped, and the skeleton of what it once was. Probably would be OK for an energetic dog who isn't a biter. We have a pitbull who gets too into the destroying of everything. So this poor thing didn't even make it a week. Fun for the kid and doggo while it lasted.
